Megan Brickwood graduated with honors from UCLA in 2012, with a BA in English. After graduating, she worked in a variety of fields including editorial and print, music, and sales. She joined the Fluidity team as Studio Manager in 2018. In her role at Fluidity, Megan manages the studio’s daily operations, scheduling, and travel, and assists with staff management, human resources, and accounting. She works directly with Jim Garland in the administrative aspect of the studio and supports Fluidity’s marketing efforts.
Fluidity’s studio is comprised of an international, multidisciplinary staff with training in architecture, landscape architecture, design, physics, engineering, and business. Our staff brings these diverse skills and experience to the studio’s work and culture. Fluidity exercises special care in assigning relevant talent to each project, so that project teams are composed to best serve each project’s unique needs. Fluidity regularly engages in in-house training and special topic research to continually advance the company’s knowledge and abilities in water design and engineering.
