The generous public plaza links architecture to the street, framed by an artful configuration of trees and greenery on both sides. Within the plaza, a membrane pool establishes a lengthy reflection surface, over which large-format water arches address the scale of the strong public space while providing a place with a feeling for informal, fun, immersive play activities. At night, a randomized ‘star field’ of plaza spotlights illuminate the water and visitors in changing colored illumination.
