Grand Park, downtown Los Angeles’ largest urban open space, was developed by The Related Company and designed by Rios to energize the four-block downtown area between City Hall and the hilltop Music Center. The Park incorporates the historic Arthur J. Will Memorial Fountain—restored and expanded by Fluidity to include an interactive water play forecourt. The fountain’s large, colorful design has quickly become a popular downtown destination and an essential element among the Park’s busy, programmed offerings.
