The facility serves as the Southwest’s premiere design center, offering to-the-trade showrooms for specialty furnishings and accessories. Its arrival courtyard provides approaches to the entrance on both sides of a black cuboid of water, waist-high and ninety feet long. From hidden places in the cuboid, voids open at unexpected moments from which fan jets spray to the pool level. The voids subsequently refill and disappear.
